Custom Orders

Customization's are limited to color theme, hair color and hood color when applicable.

Please contact me directly through the CONTACT page with your custom specifications. After customizations are confirmed the invoice will be sent to email provided. Payment must be received within 48 hours or custom order will be canceled.

All custom orders have a 4 - 6 week completion time, depending on size of order and current orders.

Returns

All sales are final. Photos displayed or sent are of the exact item you will receive. If you have any questions prior to purchase please contact me through the contact page.

Shipping

Your purchase of any in stock item will be sent out within two business days and will be shipped using USPS, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. Actual delivery time depends on your local postal service.

Payment

The checkout process is through PayPal. As well as any

invoices sent.

Care & Cleaning

Avoid storing in direct sunlight, extreme heat/cold.

Dust lightly with dry cloth or duster.
